Job Summary

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that support the development, deployment, and operation of AI-driven robotics and software systems for subsea IRM. This role ensures efficient, secure, and scalable delivery of services across cloud and edge environments, supporting both software reliability and development agility.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Develop and test, and deployment processes, ensuring consistent and efficient software delivery.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Track system performance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure DevOps best practices design and implementation.
  • Support the implementation of security measures across the DevOps process.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to improve and comply with SSHE policy, environment regulations as well as labor law
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience

  • Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in DevOps, systems administration, or software development with familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Solid experience, focusing on supporting and implementing DevOps practices under guidance, with a growing understanding of the full DevOps lifecycle.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools.
  • Experience supporting software systems deployed in real-time, robotic, or data-intensive environments.

Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced skills in areas like cloud management and container orchestration.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure and processes that enable efficient software delivery and operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills during incidents or when implementing new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
