Front End Developer

Job Summary

This role will lead the development of high-quality, scalable front-end architectures for all applications. Senior Front End Developer will guide junior developers, make strategic decisions on front-end technologies, and ensure that the user interface meets both aesthetic and performance standards. The role will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to drive the front-end strategy and implementation across projects.

Duties and Responsibility

• Lead the front-end development strategy, making decisions on frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior front-end developers, providing technical support and conducting code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Design and develop complex, interactive front-end components that provide an exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate with designers to create innovative, user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals.
• Lead efforts to optimize front-end performance, including reducing page load times, enhancing accessibility, and improving overall user experience.
• Implement advanced techniques for scalability and efficient state management.
• Demonstrate a commitment to improve and comply with SSHE policy, environment regulations as well as labor law.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Proven experience in front-end development with delivering high-quality web applications.
• Extensive experience with front-end frameworks/libraries
• Experience in managing projects from inception to deployment, including task delegation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in front-end tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in optimizing front-end performance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience acting as a lead or senior developer in an Agile environment.
