Job Summary
The Integrity Solution Team Lead is responsible for leading SKYLLER's Asset Integrity Solutions business by combining technical excellence, commercial leadership, and people management. This role oversees the delivery of engineering consulting and digital asset integrity solutions while driving business growth through strategic account management, solution sales, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a critical leadership position in expanding SKYLLER's market presence, developing strategic partnerships, growing recurring revenue, and achieving business performance targets.
In addition, this role supports company-wide commercial excellence by coordinating sales strategy, key account development, pipeline governance, and cross-business collaboration across SKYLLER's solution portfolio.
Duties and Responsibility
- Lead the Integrity Solution business to achieve P&L performance, revenue, profitability, utilization, and strategic business objectives.
- Lead and collaborate closely with SKYLLER Commercial team on sales strategies, customer acquisition, pipeline management, forecasting, and achievement of team revenue targets.
- Manage strategic customer accounts and executive relationships while driving contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term partnership development.
- Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and introduction of new digital asset integrity solutions while identifying opportunities to position other SKYLLER offerings, including Inspection Solutions, Digital Platform, AI Solutions, IoT, and future services across customer portfolios.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and strategic partnerships to expand SKYLLER's Asset Integrity service offerings and recurring revenue streams.
- Lead proposal development, bid management, tender submissions, technical presentations, and commercial solution positioning in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
- Support annual business planning, revenue forecasting, resource planning, and cost management in partnership with Business Analysts and management.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Asset Integrity solutions including Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Fitness-for-Service (FFS), Asset Integrity Management (AIM), inspection planning, engineering analysis, and digital platform implementation.
- Translate complex customer business requirements into practical engineering and digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual commitments.
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders and client management teams.
- Conduct customer workshops, technical consultations, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, technical reviews, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project change requests, proposal revisions, contract variations, and scope adjustments while protecting project profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Establish commercial governance, including CRM discipline, sales OKR tracking, opportunity reviews, proposal quality, and forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure effective coordination between engineering, software development, operations, inspection, and business teams.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop multidisciplinary engineering and solution teams while building future technical and commercial leaders through competency development, coaching, and succession planning.
- Establish clear performance objectives, resource allocation, utilization planning, and professional development plans.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, customer-centric culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, revenue targets, and growth strategies.
- Monitor monthly business performance and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
- Enforce SSHE policies and environmental compliance in all working areas.

Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Asset Integrity, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Asset Integrity, Engineering Consulting, Industrial Solutions, Inspection Services, or Technical Solution Delivery.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams and customer-facing projects.
- Demonstrated experience working with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Energy, or Heavy Industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of business development, solution consulting, commercial negotiation, and strategic account management.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
