Job Summary

This role plays a pivotal part in partnering with the Head of People and Operations to align business direction with people management strategies. It provides strategic HR counsel to Management and Line Managers across ARV, while leading HR professionals in executing HR initiatives and driving HR development. The position aims to foster an employee-oriented culture, enhance professionalism, and strengthen HR’s role as a strategic partner through effective people management practices.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategy and initiatives considering to business direction, risk management and potential impacts on company’s performance
  • Advise and get buy in from different stakeholders through HR strategic partner positioning
  • Work with Line Managers to assess requests and needs from the various business units
  • Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of HR strategy, policies and procedures within HR and across ARV.
  • Manage, review and update HR strategic implementation progress
  • Drive people management in aligning with compliance and risk mitigation through regular HR audits
  • Ensure the integration of all HR processes (HRM, HRD, HRBP) to enhance cross-functional effectiveness and HR strategic partner positioning
  • Ensure all HR processes (HRM, HRD, HRBP) comply with SSHE policy, environmental compliance as well as Thai and international labor law in all working areas.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Human Resources field with a background in HROD, HRBP or people strategy and 5 years of experience in leading team or project
  • Knowledge of HR professional process and Human Capital Index
  • Knowledge of business strategy and finance

  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
