Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary
Business Development will support the growth and expansion of the reforestation and carbon credit trading platform by identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales efforts. This role involves assisting with the development and execution of business development strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the platform.
Duties and Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of business deals, including preparing proposals and presentations.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including performance metrics and status updates.
- Demonstrate a commitment to improve and comply with SSHE policy, environment regulations as well as labor law.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the environmental, technology, or sustainability sectors.
- Experience in managing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to sales efforts.
- Proven experience in executing successful business development strategies and securing high-value partnerships.
Skills and Abilities
- Basic understanding of reforestation, carbon credit trading, and environmental sustainability markets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Motivated and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to business growth.
