Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY

This role will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion. The position will provide technical leadership to the team, mentor junior developers, and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the development process of the company’s Location Intelligence and AI platform. In addition to hands-on coding, this role will architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.

Duties and Responsibility

• Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and applications with coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical advice and code reviews.
• Design the overall architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of both front-end and back-end systems.
• Resolve complex technical issues, often involving deep dives into the codebase or system infrastructure.
• Ensure that applications meet security and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate a commitment to improve and comply with SSHE policy, environment regulations as well as labor law
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education

Experience

• Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Proven experience in designing scalable, high-performing, and secure software systems.
• Experience in managing projects from inception to deployment, including task delegation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies.
• Strong command of back-end languages and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience acting as a lead or senior developer in an Agile environment.
