Job Summary
Develop organizational assessment procedures on people management perspective, interpret results, and identify opportunities, recommendations, business initiatives and appropriate interventions to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness of people management programs that meet organizational goals. Create feedback mechanisms e.g. People Survey that builds on organizational and individual capabilities, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of these mechanisms regularly.
Duties and Responsibility
▪ Diagnose potential organizational issues, organizational development needs and provide appropriate people solutions
▪ Create and implement people management program and organizational effectiveness interventions in aligning with business goals
▪ Provide a broad range of consultative services for all levels of employees to identify people management processes, including policies, procedures, problem solving, dispute resolution, compliance
▪ Conduct training to managers and employees focusing on supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills
▪ Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, dashboards, and management reporting via analytic tools and HRIS reporting
▪ Work with other team members to assess and evaluate requests and needs from the various business units
▪ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education
Experience
▪ Bachelor’s degree in related fields
▪ 7 years of experience in Human Resources field with a background in HROD, HRBP or HRM practitioner
▪ Knowledge of HR professional process and Human Capital Index
▪ Knowledge of Presentation Application or Software (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)

▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with a range of different stakeholders
▪ Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
▪ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
▪ Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
▪ Excellent analytical skills Proficient with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
