Job Summary
The role is responsible for supporting commercial planning by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution, customer service, and operational activities progress toward business goals. This position provides expert technical consultation, including solution recommendations, system architecture design, and delivery guidelines aligned with customer requirements. He/She will play a key role in engaging prospective clients by gathering technical needs, presenting product demonstrations, and preparing proposals. The role also builds strong customer and partner relationships.
Duties and Responsibility
- Participate in the business planning with the commercial team to achieve plan and goals.
- Participate and collaborate on working planning, troubleshooting, decision making or solving conflicts in working on projects, customer service with commercial team, operation team or related teams for the company’s operations to progress towards set goal.
- Provide advice on overall solutions. Including the design of system architecture, design of components. Guidelines for project delivery and support follow with conditions of customer.
- Establish strong partnerships with customers and partners.
- Consult with prospective clients on their needs and recommend the appropriate technical solutions.
- Gather customer business, functional and technical requirements.
- Perform presentations and demonstrations of technical software solutions to prospective clients to show how Skyller Platform’s solutions fulfill the client’s requirements.
- Create and coordinate responses to request for proposal (RFPs), request for information (RFIs), and most client-facing materials during the sales process.
- Collaborate with technical team to deliver solution with meet the technical requirement.
- Actively maintain deep knowledge and continued learning in designated product areas including Skyller current product offerings, hosting and technical architecture, Skyller product demos, Future/roadmap enhancements, Case studies of reference accounts.
- Attend conferences and trade shows to find new clients and learn about loyalty marketing, campaign management, analytics and gamification solutions.
- Monitor technology development and IT innovations.
- Meet customers, clients both businesses domestically and internationally.
- Enforce SSHE policies and environmental compliance in all working areas
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Technology, Business Administration
- At least 7 years experienced in technical sales and marketing
- Experienced in B2B sales or government sector, enterprise, or large scale of business sales
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Have own car and driving license.
- Able to work on sites both domestic and overseas
- Able to work multi-tasking with a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Technical understanding of UAVs or Drone business and applications is a plus
