Job Summary

Responsible for effective and strategic talent acquisition process from attracting, sourcing, selecting to recruiting procedures. This also includes doing analysis and making reports for all recruitment statistics in order to leverage talent acquisition process and enhance employee experience. Also, this role is responsible for finding talent entails, recruiting candidates from various sources, and screening those who applied carefully on skill sets that will best fit into the company culture and budget.

Duties and Responsibility

▪ Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, manage assessment process with hiring managers on selected tools etc.).

▪ Analyze and plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.

▪ Monitor all sourcing activities and manage all corporate resources and implement all applicant tacking systems and collaborate with hiring manager.

▪ Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices

▪ Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately

▪ Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.

▪ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

N/A

Experience

▪ Bachelor’s degree in related fields

▪ 5 – 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment or HRM Practitioner

▪ Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

▪ Targeted selection knowledge and behavioral based interview

▪ Thai labor law and other that of other countries where our businesses are operated

▪ Able to builds scalable talent acquisition programs and processes, inclusive of sourcing platforms, social media recruitment strategies, interview training and feedback processes

▪ Knowledge in assessment tools and methodology
